By subscribing to any of the Services and opening an account with us (“the Account”) you (“the Customer”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all eUKhost accounts. They set out the basis on which we offer our services and should be read carefully.
Cancellations & Refunds
ITekHost reserves the right to suspend OR terminate services on receipt of abuse complaints.
An unconditional 30 day money back guarantee is provided on managed shared hosting, reseller hosting, semi-dedicated hosting and VPS solutions. Domain registration fees & dedicated server packages do not come under the purview of this guarantee. Refund requests after 30 days will be refunded on a prorated basis of any unused time.
Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. If you've had an account with us before, cancelled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund or if you have opened a second account with us.
There will be no refund for new domain registrations, ID Protect, WHM/CPanel, Plesk VPS & Dedicated Server License, Virtuozzo, SSL Certificates and Site Builder as these are purchased from External Vendors & ITekHost does not get any refund in case of cancellation of licenses.
Any service interruptions or downtime due to scheduled maintenance by ITekHost or our network providers will not count towards the uptime guarantee. ITekHost is not liable in any way for failure of third party services.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee
iTekhost accomplishes the Refund by reversing the remaining of the amount previously charged to the Customer's Card or account at the Card issuing bank and the appropriate amount is credited to the appropriate Card or account at the Card issuing bank of Customer within the period of 30-Days starting the date of purchase/signup.

After successfully filling the order form, our system will offer transfer you to the SSL Secure site of 2CheckOut.com Inc. or PayPal.com, there you can make the payment of your order, easily and securely.

Payment Policy
All payments are due prior to the beginning of the quarter or yearly term as appropriate. If you order using a credit card - for each successive period, your contract is renewed automatically unless we are notified otherwise. Billing period is determined by the billing option you choose at the time of ordering. Your billing period also applies to any additional items and services ordered after the initial activation of your account. Fee for such items and services will be prorated so that the start date matches that of the first domain. For payment, we accept above-mentioned methods.
We invoice exclusively via e-mail. We DO NOT send out physical invoices. All credit cards are billed automatically quarterly or yearly term as appropriate or we give you a secure method to pay online.
Domain names purchased using our discounted domain name offers require both the web hosting account be maintained, and the domain name subscription be maintained either PayPal or 2Checkout.com, to remain eligible for future domain name renewals at the dicounted price. Domain names where the subscription is cancelled may be renewed by creating a new subscriptionat our regular price.
Late Payments:
Any account whose payment status is not current as of the start of the next billing period is deemed late. Generally, customers are given 20 day grace period after which the account is put on suspension. Reactivation of closed accounts requires payment of the balance due in full.
